Silverleaf

Silverleaf

The architectural high point of North Scottsdale.

Welcome to Silverleaf

Silverleaf is a guard-gated enclave inside DC Ranch, set across roughly 2,000 acres carved into the McDowell Mountain canyons. Around 700 homes sit on that land. Dale Gardon authored the original design vision and guidelines for both DC Ranch and Silverleaf, and you can read that discipline in every streetscape.

The community organizes around a members-only Tom Weiskopf 18-hole championship course that winds through the canyons, and a 50,000 square foot clubhouse holding restaurants, a spa, fitness, tennis and pickleball, a resort pool complex, and event space. Silverleaf breaks into distinct neighborhoods. The Villas, the custom home canyons, the Upper Canyon estates, and The Summit, where the homesites sit highest and the views run longest.

Local Lifestyle

Silverleaf is quiet the way the top of a market is usually quiet. Residents move between the club, the canyons, and the city without friction. The standard here is high and nobody feels the need to announce it.

If You Do One Thing

Drive up toward The Summit at golden hour. The way the light works across the canyon walls tells you more than any listing sheet will.
