Grayhawk

Grayhawk

Two neighborhoods, one master plan, thirty years of proof.

Welcome to Grayhawk

Grayhawk covers roughly 1,600 acres just north of Loop 101 and has been building since 1994. It splits into two neighborhoods that live differently. The Park is predominantly non-gated, with parks, pools, and a Boys and Girls Club, and it draws families. The Retreat is guard-gated with two gates, Talon and Raptor, and wraps with golf which draws a quieter and more seasonal resident.

The Grayhawk Golf Club holds two 18-hole courses, Talon and Raptor. Grayhawk Plaza puts dining and shopping inside the community, and the freeway is right there. More than 4,000 residential units across those two neighborhoods means Grayhawk moves consistently, which is exactly why relocation buyers land here first and why so many of them stay.

What to Love

  • Two distinct neighborhoods, one gated and one open, under a single master plan

  • The Talon and Raptor courses at the Grayhawk Golf Club

  • Grayhawk Plaza for dining and shopping inside the community

  • Direct Loop 101 access, the most connected community in North Scottsdale

Local Lifestyle

Grayhawk is social in a way the more private communities are not. Neighbors know each other. It suits people who want North Scottsdale without disappearing behind a gate.

If You Do One Thing

Walk The Park in the early evening, then drive through The Retreat. Two neighborhoods, one master plan, and you feel the difference immediately.
