Welcome to DC Ranch

DC Ranch is a master-planned community of roughly 8,300 acres running from family neighborhoods to country club estates. The gating varies by enclave. Some are guard-gated, some are gated, some are open. That range is the point, and it is why the community holds so many different buyers at once.

Market Street gives DC Ranch a walkable center with restaurants and shops, which almost no comparable community in North Scottsdale has. Multiple community centers serve the neighborhoods, with Desert Camp newly reimagined as the main hub. The Country Club at DC Ranch is guard-gated, with a separate optional members-only 18-hole golf club under renovation and reopening in 2027. Silverleaf sits inside DC Ranch with its own gate and its own club.
